About Equi Tours

Equi Tours is a leading Scandinavian operator of group visits to equestrian event all over the world. We also arrange trekking tours on horseback and visits e.g. to seminars, exhibitions, stud farms and training facilities. Our main office is in southern Sweden, while we have representative in France. For many years, we have arrange group visits for customers outside Scandinavia.

Dean A. Hoffman was inducted into Harness Racing Hall of Fame Communicators Corner in 2007 áfter editing Hoof Beats Magazine for 25 years. He has traveled to see trotting races in Sweden, france, Germany, England, Denmark, Finland, Russia, Holland, Norway, Australia, and Canada in addition to his native America.

He has seen the America´s oldest trotting event, the kentucky Futurity at The Red Mile, every year since 1964. He has also seen major European races such as Elitloppet and Prix d'Amérique several times.

He has written books on the history of the Hambletonian trotting race and on Hanover Shoe farm, Castleton Farm, and Yankeeland Farm. Please feel free to contact Mr. Hoffman if you have any questions about our trotting trips!
